Overall Objectives:

To support the GM, manage the hospitality, lead the teams within hospitality, small dining room, sports café & clearing, dish wash area whilst providing a professional catering service. Ensuring that company standards are maintained and that client expectations are met within the agreed objectives for the location.

As well as having excellent presentation and communication skills, you will be able to demonstrate a real passion for food & service and possess bags of enthusiasm, ideally with a culinary background.

Have extensive hospitality and function experience

The successful candidate will ideally have experience managing teams of up to 30 people and managing a customer base of up to 1300 people a day.
