A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an individual to join our company in one of our most prestigious sites. Located in the Lincolnshire area, Harlaxton Manor is a grade one listed building that operates an international study centre, bringing students primarily from the United States, and as a premium events venue. Considered one of the finest buildings in the county, the Manor will amaze you, but most of all, Harlaxton is an exceptional place to work.

The position will be part of our team catering of three meals a day for the college students. This can be up to 200 students that visit the college in the autumn and spring semesters and groups throughout the summer term. Our students are actively involved in the life of the manor, including catering. The students thrive on our fusion cooking, bringing the best of home flavours and British classics.

Our events business will allow you opportunity to grow as we provide fine dining for our growing wedding business, teas, and seasonal events.

Creativity and enthusiasm is a must for the position, as well as a drive for excellence, a passion for food and flavours, and a love for working with young people as they live, learn and grow through their study abroad experience.
