- Hours:This position requires flexibility and due to the demands of school events will necessitate in additional hours being worked during term time, in return there is the benefit from the majority of the school holidays.
Job description
St Andrews is an independent boarding school in Eastbourne where we cater for pupils aged from 2 years to 13 years.
In addition to our core business of feeding breakfast, lunch and supper to our pupils and staff, there is also extensive hospitality.
As well as having a real passion for food and service with excellent hands on craft skills the ideal candidate will also be able to demonstrate excellent communication, leadership and man management skills.

- Have strong IT literacy
- Demonstrate great attention to detail
- Must show a friendly outgoing personality and be able to remain calm under pressure.
It is essential that you have experience in managing teams of up to 10 staff.
