Designed to address the issues of perceived de-skilling in the industry and to support our ethos of fresh food production, we decided to put in place our own training regime for chefs.

We have good reasons to be very proud of our Chef Academy. Now firmly established, the Academy has been instrumental in supporting the core food values that set our company apart from others. With opportunities to study from entry level right through to gaining a degree, the Academy nurtures our chefs’ talents and supports our commitment to deliver culinary standards at the highest level.
