We have a robust development training programme in place that truly inspires our teams, providing a platform from which they can build their careers and grow in their respective roles.

In a fast-moving food service business like ours, continual training is essential. Every employee works to a personal development programme that starts at induction and continues with regular appraisals to encourage positive progression that reflects their chosen career path and the needs of our business.

We have acclaimed learning and development programmes for our chefs and managers and we offer regular in-house training for core skills including health and safety, food hygiene, customer care and IT. In addition, we have a dedicated training team and strong links with proven training providers that encourage all of our people to broaden their skills base.

We give our people the confidence to develop their own learning path, from a creative and skills perspective. This has the benefit of being truly motivational, whilst ensuring that we are able to attract and retain good people.
