Tuna and bread crumb pasta

Ingredients
1.2kg Penne6 tbsp Breadcrumbs
4 tbsp Olive oil
3 Onions, chopped
2 Cloves of garlic, crushed
4 tbsp Chopped parsley
1ltr Passata
0.5kg Drained tuna in brine
2 tsp Paprika
250g Sweetcorn
250g Cooked broccoli (small florets)
3 tbsp Capers, chopped
Method
1. Cook the pasta in lots of salted boiling water until just cooked.2. Heat the oil up in a pan and cook the onions garlic for 3 minutes, add the passata, tuna, paprika, capers, sweetcorn and broccoli, bring to the boil.
3. Drain the pasta and add to the mixture, check the seasoning, stir in the parsley and pour into your serving dish and cover with the breadcrumbs.
4. Place under a hot grill to brown the breadcrumbs and serve immediately
