Spicy beef and carrot burgers

Ingredients
1.25kg Lean minced beef6 Carrots, grated
150g Mushrooms, finely chopped
150g Wholemeal breadcrumbs
6 tbsp Tomato puree
3 Eggs, beaten
2 Cloves of garlic, crushed
3 tsp Cumin
3 tsp Ground coriander
1 tsp Cajun spice
Black Pepper
Method
1. Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix together well.2. Shape the mixture into 12 round flat burgers.
3. Grill for about 10-15 minutes, turning once, until they reach the required cooking temperature (76oC).
4. Serve in a wholemeal bap with salad and relishes
