Fruit blast smoothie

Ingredients
4 Ripe Bananas1 litre of Juice, Apple is preferred
400g Frozen Berries eg. Raspberries or Fruits of the Forest
Honey to sweeten
Method
1. Place all the ingredients in a tall container and puree with a stick blender or use a food processor until smooth.2. Pass through a conical strainer to remove the seeds from the fruit
Note: To make a yoghurt-based Smoothie, supplement half the juice with yoghurt adding a little more juice to correct the consistency if needed.
