1st November 2007 - Best Companies Accreditation
Holroyd Howe submitted entries for Best Companies Accreditation in 2007 and was successful in achieving a One Star Accreditation.
This award can be likened to a 'Michelin style', elite Accreditation system which recognises organisations with One Star, Two Star, or Three Star status. Accreditation is based totally on team feedback and from this organisations receive a Best Companies index score which will determine their star rating compared to a fixed standard. One Star is acknowledged as First Class, Two Stars as Outstanding and Three Stars as Extraordinary. So it's official - Holroyd Howe is first class!
This is definitely something to be proud of and is a tremendous benefit to us in motivating our teams and recruiting the best people.
