Our Momentum Graduate programme helps university graduates enter the catering and hospitality industry and aims to develop them into confident and creative managers. The programme is now in its sixth year.

The Momentum programme also provides graduates to Holroyd Howe’s sister companies BaxterStorey, Searcys and Caterlink. Last week we welcomed a record breaking 23 new Management Trainees into the WSH family.
They began their journey with an introductory ceremony held at the Blue Fin Building in London.

Holroyd Howe have welcomed two graduates this year – Laura Piggford and Catherine Lindsley.

Laura says:
''The way in which Holroyd Howe cares for and invests in its people has been clear from the outset - I have already learned so much.
I am looking forward to getting stuck in and becoming part of the team at my first school, Pipers Corner School in Wycombe, in a couple of weeks time.''

''Having entered the hospitality and catering industry six years ago as a waitress for a small events company, it is incredibly exciting to be stepping into the role of Management Trainee at Holroyd Howe. The diversity of the Momentum Graduate Scheme and the business itself really attracted me to the programme.''

Catherine says: 'The momentum programme attracted me because it focused on things I loved - food and people.

I have enjoyed everything so far, I spent time with Supply Chain visiting dairy, meat, fruit and vegetable suppliers, which was really exciting.

I am looking forward to building relationships with my team, and getting stuck in to the business!'

We will keep you updated with Laura and Catherine’s progress throughout their year as a Holroyd Howe graduate.
