Amy has held nutrition sessions at a number of our schools. The sessions are developed to support the curriculum, with example sessions including principles of a balanced diet, the importance of breakfast, fuelling your body throughout the school day and sports nutrition.

Amy commented: “I am delighted to join the Senior Management team at Holroyd Howe and look forward to continuing the innovation in school meals that the Executive Chef team have been working passionately on. Working with the IFBB we can really put the science into practice knowing we are offering our client schools the best food choices for their pupil’s development and of course enjoyment”
